Sinopsis The Dark Knight (2008) Film Action berjudul “The Dark Knight” ini menceritakan tentang keadaan kota Gotham. Di kala Kota Gotham sedang damai, tiba-tiba saja muncul kejadian perampokan serta pembunuhan berturut-turut . Dalang dari serangkaian peristiwa tersebut tiada lain adalah Joker (Heath Ledger). Bruce “Batman” Wayne (Christopher Nolan) yang sudah mulai terbiasa dengan hidup damai di Gotham mulai resah dan turun tangan atas peristiwa tersebut. Ketika melakukan aksinya, Joker terkenal tak ambil pusing untuk menghabisi nyawa korban bahkan anak buahnya sendiri. Ia terkenal sebagai penjahat berdarah dingin yang menghalalkan segala cara untuk memenuhi ambisinya. Bahka ia memiliki cara licik, ia memberikan tuntutan sulit kepada kepolisian setempat. Joker menangkap beberapa orang serta di jadikan sandera dan hanya akan melepaskan jika Batman diberikan padanya. Mampukah Batman menyelamatkan kota Gotham ??
